This incredible shoot’s main goal and theme was sustainability. I died when Kallan reached out to ask me to be apart of this shoot. I love the focus on sustainability!! So we chose PAIKKA as our sustainable venue - they have a whole program about hosting sustainable weddings!! - & all my product was either composted or donated :)

This was my first hanging installation and I love how it turned out!! I think installs just add so much ‘wow factor’ to an event and I love designing them! I used lots of bright dahlias and ranunculus for the bouquet and fall foliage for the installation. I was hoping to have some brighter colors in the actual installation, but Minnesota decided to have a winter storm the day before the shoot so all the fall leaves outside were gone when I wanted to go out and harvest… you gotta laugh right?! Luckily my wholesaler had some pretty good backups!
