next few weeks

 Let’s sit down and meet to discuss your vision, create a mood board, and set a budget. I’ll give you all the deets about how we will work together to bring your dreams to reality. 50% retainer is due.

6-12 mo. before

After we’re official, let’s check in! We will have a design meeting to talk about your favorite flowers and must-haves for your wedding or event, and we can do venue walks-throughs if needed.

1-3 mo. before

We have one last meeting to finalize design. The design and all the logistical details of the day are finalized and clearly communicated, so everyone knows what to expect day of! Your final balance will be due.

week of

The flowers arrive and my studio is filled with the amazing smells of your flowers! I will take good care of them and make sure they are looking their best for your wedding.

day of

The Minne Floral Co. team arrives. It is our job to make sure your flowers look absolutely perfect so you have nothing to worry about, except getting married!

after

Tear down! We’ll take care of the “shlepping” so you don’t have to worry about a thing after the reception! Or if you’ve got it covered, we’ll find time to meet up and return rentals & talk about how perfect your wedding day was. + a donation will be made to save the pollinators!

Minne Floral Packages

Minne Floral Co. has a $7,000 minimum for weddings & events with most couples spending $10-$20k+. If you have a smaller wedding or event, feel free to still reach out to see if we can make some magic happen together.

This package give you amazing personal, ceremony, and reception flowers and a semi-custom design and custom palette.

Bridal party flowers — bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, flower crowns, boutonnieres & corsages

Ceremony flowers — arches, meadows, aisle arrangements, altar arrangements

Reception flowers — centerpieces, floral installations, cake flowers, place card tables, cocktail tables, you name it!

Couples can expect to spend an average of $7,000-10,000

full service floral design

created for weddings of 150+ guests with clients placing a high value on florals and candles starting at $11,000


This package also give you beautiful personal, ceremony, and reception flowers and a completely tailored design and color palette. We will design a cohesive and comprehensive design for you to use when making design choices about your wedding. We will send over our preferred vendor list and are always here to help answer any questions related to design.

Couples can expect to spend an average of $11,000+ for flowers, design, and candles and other rentals.
