Natural blues at The Whim with Amanda Nippoldt

For this shoot, I wanted to take a bit more of a natural and nature inspired take on my design. The product that was available wasn’t quite what I was envisioning - I was hoping for more branchiness and wildness, but regardless I love how this turned out. I specifically enjoy the unique tone of the plates and napkins and how they contract and complement each other. I think it can get a bit redundant seeing the same white or ivory plates on tabletops, so I wanted to provide an alternative option and add in some color. This could have easily been a pretty muted design if not for the plates and napkins with the hint of light blue muscari.

Blooms include | spirea, ranunculus, daffodils, tulips, muscari, hyacinth, sweet pea, and hellebore.
